Processing a Stressful Day Flow
​This 15-minute flow focuses on relieving both psychological and physical pressure to help your body and mind return to a relaxed state. Take space from your day to drown out any remaining thoughts and let go of the stress and distractions - even if it is for just a moment.

Inner Voice Flow: Throat Chakra Focus 
​This 15-minute guided flow will focus on postures that help to connect with your inner identity and tune in to your inner voice. When our throat chakra is balanced we have a strong sense of purpose and self. Take a moment out of your day to ground down and tune in to your authentic self.

Body Sensations Flow: 
​This 15-minute vinyasa flow was designed with The Recovery Box's Body Sensations Wheel in mind. If you have one, grab it and take a look before or after your practice! Our bodies experience emotions just as much as our minds do, so take a moment to work on connecting body and mind, listen to the cues, label emotions as they come, and then let them pass by.
