Terms and Conditions
Thank you for visiting and shopping with The Recovery Box. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
- Shipment for any pre-order items are arranged based on payment sequence, i.e. first paid, first shipped.
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days
- Orders placed between Saturday PM and Tuesday PM are shipped on Wednesdays
- Orders placed between Tuesday PM and Saturday AM are shipped on Saturdays
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Although this is a very rare circumstance, if your tracking number shows that your package was marked as delivered, but it hasn't arrived, we suggest that you first contact your local USPS post office (not the USPS hotline) Your local post office will be able to provide quicker service. If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. The Recovery Box's responsibility ends once FOB our doc. - We will accept returns for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. If a product is damaged, we will gladly replace it at no charge. We will ask that you email photos of the damaged item to verify the damage.
